Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The prize consists of one Piaggio Zip 50cc worth £1111.
2. No accessories (e.g. helmet, gloves) are included in the prize.
3. The prize must be accepted as offered. There can be no alternative awards, like cash or otherwise.
4. The competition is opened to UK residents possessing full or provisional UK driving licence or motorcycle licence, aged 16 and over, except employees of RECEX LLP, Piaggio Ltd and their families, and any other company associated with the competition.
5. The winner will be notified about results of the draw within 10 working days and contacted by Piaggio Ltd. with a letter of confirmation.
6. The scooter will be delivered to the winner's nearest dealer from where it has to be collected.
7. The winner must collect the prize within two weeks of receiving the letter of confirmation.
8. Before collection, the scooter must be registered in the winner's name only.
9. Scooter insurance must be arranged and paid for by the winner in advance of registration and collection.
10. The Piaggio Zip 50cc will become the sole responsibility of the winner as soon as it leaves the dealer's premises.
11. Road Tax and registration are part of the prize.
